How much does the website cost?
The standard website build is a one-time $500 fee. After launch, the required
website service is $50 per month for as long as the managed website remains online.
Do I have to pay after seeing the preview?
No. The homepage preview is free to review. You only pay the $500 build fee if you
choose to proceed with the full website.
What does the $50/month service cover?
It covers managed hosting, SSL, keeping the website online, basic support, and up to
two hours of website edits each year.
Do I own the domain?
Where possible, the domain is registered in your business's name. If Faircrest
Studios manages the registration, you can request a transfer once your account is
paid in full.
Can I request changes?
Yes. You can request reasonable revisions before launch. After launch, the monthly
plan includes up to two hours of edits each year; larger changes are quoted before
work begins.
Do you guarantee leads?
No. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, sales, or search rankings. The
website is designed to present your business professionally and make it easier for
customers to contact you.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Additional pages, booking tools, advertising support, and ongoing SEO can be
added under a separate quote.
Can I cancel the monthly service?
Yes. You can cancel future website service before the next billing period unless a
separate signed agreement says otherwise. The website may be taken offline when
service ends.
